Secured the wing tips with duct tape while I tranfer drilled the wing skin holes to the tips with a #40 drill. Removed the tips and installed the W02-02 wing tip retaining strips.
I'm going to make the wing tips removable, so will be installing them with 8RX5/8THBSS type-B (A/S 04-00007) truss head screws and A6195-8Z-1D Tinnerman anchor nuts instead of rivets.
Cleco'd the tips back in place and updrilled the skin/tip holes with a #19 clearance drill for #8 truss head screws. Removed the tips and installed anchor nuts on the right tip with SSC-34 flush rivets. I still need to install the anchor nuts on the left tip.
